Our Policies

  • Cancellations and reschedules made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time are considered "late cancellations" and will result in a charge of 25% of your booked service.

    A client with 3 or more late cancellations within the span of 6 months will be terminated from booking future appointments at Ascension Aesthetics.

  • No-call No-Shows will be charged 100% of the original booked service price.

  • Please call/text to notify us in the event that you are running late.

    If you are more than 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule your appointment, resulting in a Late Fee of 25% of booked service, or cut your service short so as to not inconvenience clients scheduled after your appointment.

  • If you book an appointment and fail to hold the appointment whether through cancellation or rescheduling for more than 3 bookings in a row, you will be banned from booking any future appointments at Ascension Aesthetics.

  • All clients must have a current and active credit card on file at all times in order to book a service.

    Credit card payments will only be processed for missed, late, or no show appointment fees. Otherwise, the total cost of your service will not be processed until after your service is completed.

  • There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased in office or online from Ascension Aesthetics. ​

  • If you’re a first time client I recommend booking The Facial, which includes a consultation. You’ll receive 2 treatments within the facial and any recommendations for follow up appointments to avoid any confusion.

  • Absolutely! What’s better than fresh brows and glowing skin?

    Add on a brow tint while you’re at it!

  • It is advised to wait at least 10 days for any facial treatments after receiving botox or filler.

  • Yes! Click the “Book An Appointment” at the top or bottom of this page to go to my booking app, then choose “Product/Gift Card Pickup” for a day and time convenient for you.

    Please be mindful that this is a 15 minute shopping window as this time is set aside during regular appointment hours between seeing clients- if you do not arrive at your designated pickup time your appointment time will need to be rescheduled.
